Terms for Using the Platform

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the NorthEdge AI platform. They describe the respective responsibilities and rights of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Please read them before opening an account, accessing the platform, or completing a transaction. Using the platform forms a legally binding agreement between the relevant parties.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature, or otherwise engaging with NorthEdge AI, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Minors and individuals who lack legal capacity may not use the platform. Where age verification is unsuccessful, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account.

Access may be interrupted by technical issues, planned maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as exceptional market volumes or server congestion. We use reasonable efforts to support dependable access, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. NorthEdge AI may modify, add, or discontinue features, algorithms, fees, or market availability without creating a right to bring a claim against the platform.

Content provided through the platform—including text, imagery, design elements, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-produced analysis—is protected by copyright, trademark legislation, and other intellectual property rights belonging to NorthEdge AI or its licensors. Unless written permission has been obtained in advance, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit this material. Breaches may result in civil or criminal action.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date, including your identity, contact information, and payment details. Inaccurate, obsolete, or missing information may result in account restrictions, withdrawal delays, or legal action. Personal information is processed according to our privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, with appropriate attention to security and transparency.

You are entirely responsible for each investment or trading decision made through NorthEdge AI, whether placed by you or produced through AI automation, and you accept the risks involved. NorthEdge AI supplies technology and tools for market access only; it does not offer individualized financial advice, recommendations, or assurances of profit. Share and cryptocurrency prices can change significantly, and you could lose all of the money invested. Past outcomes do not reliably predict future results. Use only funds that you can afford to lose.

We may update these Terms periodically to address legal obligations, changes to the platform, or developments in market conditions. Where reasonably practicable, we generally aim to provide at least 14 days’ advance notice through email, an in-platform message, or a website notice. If you continue using the platform once the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If a significant amendment is made, you may choose to close your account.

We work to maintain understandable procedures and safeguards intended to help protect accounts. These measures may include current encryption, regular oversight, segregated arrangements for client funds, and thorough KYC/AML reviews supporting security and compliance. Account activity and transactions are recorded in a transparent, traceable way. We aim to deal fairly with users and communicate clearly, acknowledging the importance of confidence in the service.
